Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operational tasks, including pest control management, scheduling, and client administration. This role ensures smooth business operations by coordinating maintenance efforts, handling administrative tasks, and improving overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and schedule pest control operations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all operational needs.
- Handle client administration, including inquiries, complaints, and service coordination.
- Maintain records and documentation related to operations, compliance, and vendor management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement of operational supplies.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations, administration, or facility management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, spreadsheets, and documentation tools.
- Ability to work independently and proactively address operational challenges.
Preferred:
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, or retail operations.
- Knowledge of pest control procedures and safety regulations.
