A. TECHNICAL FUNCTIONS

  • Prepare a monthly schedule of doctors' visits based on their clinic schedules for approval by the MD and Patient Engagement Manager.
  • Visit at least 8 doctors per day; each visit should have an agenda.
  • Thank and acknowledge the doctors for their support and patronage.
  • Introduce new products, services, and promotions of the hospital.
  • Seek help in low census and utilization of identified products and services, if any.
  • Help create, conceptualize, plan, and implement doctor-related engagement activities.
  • Advise doctors of other hospital-wide activities.
  • Address concerns and issues relating to hospital operations by bringing them up to the concerned ManCom.
  • Help promote goodwill and better relationships between doctors and management.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

B. COMPLIANCE

  • Apply ethical reasoning and decision-making processes to address situations of ethical distress and moral dilemmas.
  • Observe and maintain proper waste segregation and disposal according to standard procedures.
  • Observe different isolation precautions and use appropriate protective barriers as necessary.
  • Follow up on Infection Control standard procedures and protocols.
  • Ensure confidentiality of information (gathering, disclosure, and storage).
