Lead Executive Assistant

Technical Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support as required
- Adhere to risk management and branding in compliance with KPMG guidelines ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate, prepare, edit and/or proofread documents such as correspondence, presentations, and reports using various software.
- Proactive and independent management of partners' calendar and contact database in order to maximize best use of the partners' time.
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, video conferences, live meetings, and organize required materials.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of time and expense reports for the partner(s) supported.

- Follow the Firm's administrative policies and practices;
- Exhibits a passion for hard and smart work. Clearly defines problems and recommends appropriate corrective measures;
- Demonstrates integrity, maturity, tact, positive attitude, and enthusiasm in the performance of responsibilities;
- Cooperates with others in the Firm in a manner that recognizes the importance of teamwork; is willing to go beyond the immediate demands of the assignment and new responsibilities.
- Has a strong operational background;
- Has a solid interpersonal and project management skills;
- Manages time and multiple tasks accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a professional services or accounting environment
- Advanced skills with MS Office and Adobe products. In particular, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Acrobat
- Proficency to quickly learn proprietary software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Good judgment and analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Capable of working independently and take ownership of tasks
- Ability to quickly and smoothly adapt to changing client demands
- Willingness to work on Canadian working hours to support the executive team effectively
