What you'll do:

  • Identify specific coaching opportunities for individual Sales Agents through call evaluations, reviewing performance trends and consultations with Sales Leadership.
  • Develop and execute tailored coaching plans by identifying opportunities and prescribing tactics to improve performance.
  • Partner with the Training team to support and develop new agents by reinforcing our sales process, best practices, facilitating group calibrations, live listening and 1:1 coaching.
  • Document and communicate progress to all appropriate stakeholders at each phase of the coaching cycle.
  • Calibrate with Sales Leadership, Training, Call Quality and other Sales Coaches to align on sales best practices and sales process.
  • Establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert on products, systems, policies and sales process.

  • Strong sense of teamwork, positive attitude and results-orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating a high level of diplomacy.
  • Ability to effectively consult, build relationships, and work collaboratively with different departments across sites and management levels.
  • High degree of organization, detail-oriented and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate and deliver feedback effectively.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt rapidly to change and successfully manage multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated passion and knowledge about adult learning principles.
  • A clear understanding of what vital behaviors drive sales performance.
  • Hands-on experience creating coaching plans and execution.
