Job Description:

Account Executive (New Accounts)

Location:Batangas - with potential to cover nearby provinces

As an Account Executive (New Accounts), you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of assigned B2B clients, focusing on acquiring new accounts within a designated geographical area. Initially, you will be deployed in the Batangas area, with the possibility of expanding your territory to include nearby provinces upon management re-assessment and approval.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential new clients within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new accounts to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful account management.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a hunter sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with the Batangas area and nearby provinces is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Preferably based in South Luzon provinces such as Laguna, Batangas, or Cavite.
  • Preferably has own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
