Dispatch Auditor

The CSS Dispatch Auditor supporting the NOC should be a creative individual with a proven track record of fixing challenging business problems. This individual will need to be detail-oriented, with an acumen for analyzing data and processes. He/she will need to work in collaboration with business owners to drill deep into complex issues, gain a clear understanding of the current process, and then make recommendations on process solutions, improvements, and streamlining.

1. Select workload in ServiceNow
2. Audit all dispatches for correct billing
3. Ensure the notes justify the Scope selected: "If it is not in the notes, it did not happen"
4. Ensure the parts captured in Dispatch Parts Scope are also justified by the notes
5. Change the questions in the WOT to reflect what actually happened
6. Choose correct information, including billing for Dispatch Parts
7. Manipulate time and date to fit dispatch parameters
8. Ensure Scope is met
