  • Programming Experience: Prior programming experience is a MUST (e.g., school, boot camps, or self-learning).

  • Strong Work Ethic & Discipline: Commitment to hard work, resilience, and continuous improvement.
  • Programming Talent: Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and architecture.

About the Role

Join our INTENSE 2-year residency program focused on programming, with competitive compensation. Collaborate with Senior Developers to build innovative applications.

What to Expect:

  • Skill-Based Selection: We assess your raw talent in programming and problem-solving abilities.
  • Paid Assessment: After passing our initial interview, undergo a rigorous, paid assessment to showcase your skills.
  • Paid Learning: Receive a monthly allowance of 32,000 to 35,000 PHP.
  • Expert Mentorship: Guidance and support from seasoned developers.
  • Performance-Based Growth: Increase your allowance up to 100,000 PHP per month by the end of the program.
  • Full-Time Opportunity: Transition to a full-time developer contract upon successful program completion and collaborate with our team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior Developers to design and develop high-quality software solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable code.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
