The Job

Corporate Planning & Process Management Head

Job Summary

Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all related activities to ensure the attainment of the department's objectives and targets within acceptable costs. Ensures maximum productivity of staff and oversees all corporate strategy and planning operations.

  • Conducts comprehensive research and analysis, synthesizes inputs, develops an unbiased point of view, and makes recommendations on critical issues facing our business at both the corporate and business unit levels.
  • Develops, manages, and updates the annual strategic plan, drawing from internal and external research and analysis, and works closely with business group heads and finance.
  • Ensures the corporate mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives continually reflect the needs, values, and service level requirements of the company's stakeholders and clients. Initiates and leads strategy adjustments as necessary.
  • Identifies and evaluates new business opportunities in a structured process, formulates business strategies and plans, and implements and monitors strategic plans.
  • Provides inputs, identifies growth and business development opportunities in existing lines of business, and formulates plans for implementation.
  • Explores opportunities for technology and business partnerships to complement growth plans.
  • Provides information to business heads on the latest trends, competition, and business practices. Works closely with top management and all group heads to identify and evaluate organic and inorganic growth and diversification opportunities.
  • Ensures alignment of strategy with customer experience goals.
  • Identifies and develops strategic opportunities for the business. Reviews the feasibility of new markets and potential growth opportunities.
  • Makes recommendations based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, viability of outside business partners, and internal business process improvements.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and makes recommendations for detected risks in the company's business operations.

The Profile

Job Specifications

  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree in accountancy, business management, business administration, industrial engineering, or other related courses.
  • At least five to seven (5-7) years of work experience at a managerial level, preferably as a corporate strategy and planning head.
  • Fintech background is preferred.
  • CPA or financial analyst experience is preferred.
  • Experience in financial planning and projection.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in new opportunity and business case preparation and evaluation, financial management techniques, market research, and analysis.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills.
