We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Virtual Assistant – Customer Support to join our growing team onsite at our Cebu City office. This role is similar to a traditional Call Center Agent position, focusing on handling customer inquiries and support tasks via phone, email, and live chat. Resolve customer issues, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a high level of empathy, patience, and professionalism with every customer interaction
Stay up to date on company products, services, and internal support processes
Qualifications
Open to High School and College Graduates
Customer Service Experience Is a Plus But Not Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced setting
Positive attitude, team player, and a willingness to learn
