Job Overview

The SALES MANAGER will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of IT products and services, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management. Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  2. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
  3. Analyze sales performance metrics to optimize processes and improve results.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Team Leadership and Development:

  1. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed individual and team targets.
  2. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
  3. Design and implement training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  4. Promote a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  2. Understand client needs and deliver tailored IT solutions to drive their success.
  3. Resolve client issues promptly to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  4. Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  5. Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability to ensure financial targets are met.
  6. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Collaboration and Communication:

  1. Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, support) to execute sales strategies effectively.
  2. Communicate sales performance, progress, and challenges to senior leadership.

Qualification:

  1. Education: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or a related field preferred.
  2. Experience: - Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience as a manager in sales functions. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
