Responsibilities:- Perform Recruitment functions such as posting job ads, sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, background checking, and job offer. Also review recruitment policy and procedures.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding process of the employee.
- Coordinate with hiring departments regarding interview schedules, updates, among others.
- Maintain, safe keep and prepare recruitment forms, new hire kit, government forms, and other pertinent documents of applicants.
- Formulate and recommend recruitment dashboard.
- Perform HR clerical works including payment preparation, budget memo/SBAR, scanning, filing, and documentation.
- Assist in training & employee relation/engagement needs and preparation.
- Ensure the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the department and work assignments.
- Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
- Graduate of BS Psychology or BS Human Resources Development Management Course.
- Proficient in oral and written communication and computer literate (Microsoft Windows, particularly Microsoft Excel).
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- High level of patience, confidence, politeness, tact, and diplomacy.
- 1-2 years experience in human resources.
- Experience in HR real estate is an advantage.
- Accepts fresh graduates.
