TASQ is on the hunt for enthusiastic and skilled individuals who are fluent in both Korean and English to join our team as Bilingual Call Center Agents. This exciting role requires a solid command of both languages to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Effectively communicate with customers in both Korean and English, providing excellent support through phone, chat, or email.
  2. Help address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns with professionalism and accuracy.
  3. Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering timely, clear, and effective solutions.
  4. Promptly organize and document customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements:

  1. Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Korean and English.
