Job Opportunity: English-Speaking Call Center Agents in Cebu City

TASQ is urgently hiring call center agents to work on-site in Cebu City. The initial screening interview will be conducted over the phone.

Qualifications:
  1. Must be fluent in English
  2. High school graduate (old curriculum) or higher
  3. Open to applicants with or without experience
  4. Willing to work on-site in Cebu City
  5. Must be okay to be assigned in retail, travel, insurance, finance, or telco accounts
Account A
  1. Applicants must be HS graduates or higher
  2. BPO experience preferred, but not required
Account B
  1. HS/SHS Grad, at least 1YR call center experience (must have a Driver's License)
  2. HS/SHS Grad, 1YR GDS EXP (Amadeus, Sabre & Apollo ONLY)
  3. 2 years completed in college, at least 1 year call center experience
  4. 2 years completed in college, at least 2 years call center experience / 2 years completed in college, 1 year Financial background in a BPO Setting
  5. 2 years completed in college, at least 2 years call center experience / College Graduate, at least 1 year call center experience; Highly preferred with Insurance background
Account CQualifications:
  1. Not a job hopper
  2. At least HS Graduates (old curriculum)
  3. For the sales account, the qualifications are:
  4. Demonstrated success as a top sales performer in previous roles, with a record of exceeding sales targets and receiving recognitions or awards for exceptional performance.
  5. Strong sales skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.
  6. Excellent Communication Skills.
