Responsibilities
  • The Pharmacy Assistant is responsible for performing over-the-counter selling of drugs and health care products through knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service.
  • Dispense medicines under the supervision of his or her Pharmacist.
  • Look after stock positioning.
  • Monitor the availability of medicines.
  • Refill and display stocks.
  • Practice good housekeeping.
  • Display merchandise according to therapeutic use.
  • Monitor expiration dates regularly.
  • Clean stocks and shelves regularly.
  • Practice FEFO "first expiry first-out" policy in dispensing consistently.
  • Secure merchandise from damages and theft prudently.
  • Establish good customer relations and sustain them to get loyalty for Cecile's Pharmacy.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as the Pharmacist or Store Head may be assigned.
