Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Davao Site | Urgent Hiring - job post

Job Overview: We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Davao If you're passionate about providing excellent service, have great communication skills, and want to build a career in the BPO industry, we'd love to meet you.

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience in billing or sales is a strong advantage but not required
  • Willing to work on-site in Davao
  • Can work in shifting schedules and under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate product/service information
  • Resolve billing or service concerns with professionalism
  • Upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services when applicable
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and meet quality standards
