Finance and Accounting Process works on accounting processes across regions including America, Europe, Africa and Asia. The team participates in the corporate drive for process standardization and enhancements, driving higher efficiencies, uniform accounting practices and quality management reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manages collections activity for a specific segment/country within the organization.
  • Drives collections for the specific segment/country in collaboration with multiple teams to ensure alignment between global processes and cluster-specific requirements and outcomes.
  • Focuses on the collections function performed in both the global service center and within the country.
  • Assumes responsibility for a group of countries to improve overall working capital through sound management of overdue accounts and proactive stakeholder engagement to drive continuous improvement of collections at cluster and global levels.
  • Ensures effective and efficient collections for the assigned segment/country, with measures showing continuous improvement while aligning processes to the global standard.
Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Finance or Economics.
  • Minimum of 10 years in Collections/Accounts Receivable with at least 5 years of people management experience.
  • Extensive experience in Collections / Accounts Receivable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Adaptable, innovative and results-oriented.
  • Ability to resolve difficult situations with good negotiation skills.
  • Drive change and improvement; able to influence without authority.
  • Able to work with remote teams.
