Overview

We are seeking a dedicated EnMS (Energy Management System) Support Personnel to join our team on a project-based engagement. This role plays a vital part in supporting the governance and continuous improvement of the organization's EnMS, ensuring compliance with ISO 50001 standards and contributing to energy efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update EnMS documentation, including policies, procedures, and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist in preparing reports on EnMS performance and compliance for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the maintenance of energy performance indicators (EnPIs).
  • Help ensure compliance with ISO 50001 standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support during internal and external EnMS audits, including documentation preparation and facilitating auditor requests.
  • Track and follow up on corrective and preventive actions identified during audits or reviews.
  • Disseminate EnMS-related information to relevant personnel across the organization.
  • Participate in EnMS management reviews and meetings to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with Plant and Business Units on the implementation and monitoring of EnMS initiatives and targets.
  • Contribute to identifying and implementing energy efficiency projects.
Work Setup
  • Hybrid arrangement.
  • Occasional on-site reporting required, specifically during external audits (maximum of 4 site visits per month).
Qualifications
  • Experience in Energy Management Systems (EnMS) or ISO 50001 implementation and compliance is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports.
  • Good communication skills for engaging with stakeholders across different teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
