As a Local Store Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing local marketing programs that aim to create awareness and retention within the local community of the assigned stores. The role will manage new and existing stores under the supervision of a Trade Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend, organize, and implement a local store marketing plan that aims to support the business objectives of the store.
  • Collaborate with store operations, internal, and external partners to ensure a successful implementation of the marketing plan.
  • Conduct retail trade area research that will help in developing and executing marketing programs.
  • Process the local implementation requirements of the marketing plan such as but not limited to supplier and partner negotiations, store visits, site oculars and inspection, permits, etc.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights for continuous progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications background.
  • At least 2 years' experience relevant to this field.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Willing to be assigned in FTI Complex, Taguig.
  • Can start ASAP.
