Job Descriptions

  • Encode and update daily operational data and reports from the Sewage Treatment Plant

  • Maintain and organize digital and hard copy records

  • Assist in generating reports for submission to management or regulatory agencies

  • Coordinate with plant personnel for accurate data encoding

  • Perform basic clerical and administrative support tasks

  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of data

Job Qualifications

Must be at least a College Graduate (any four-year course)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations

Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry

Can work independently and handle work pressure

Preferably with experience in administrative or encoding tasks

Willing to be assigned on-site at a Sewage Treatment Plant

With good communication and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

Day shift (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
