Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Enhance and maintain a strong employer brand.
  • Analyze recruitment marketing effectiveness through data-driven insights.

Marketing Activities

  • Execute and manage multi-channel recruitment campaigns.
  • Develop engaging content showcasing company culture.
  • Monitor and optimize recruitment advertising efforts.

Recruitment Development

  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Facilitate employer branding initiatives and employee advocacy programs.
  • Generate and present reports on recruitment marketing performance.

Marketing Operations

  • Oversee marketing campaigns across recruitment platforms.
  • Optimize the careers website and job application process.
  • Maintain effective candidate communication strategies.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with HR and marketing teams for alignment.
  • Partner with media representatives and vendors.
  • Bridge communication between HR and marketing departments.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing.
Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and data analysis.
Excellent communication, project management, and creative problem-solving abilities.
