Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure favorable terms.
  3. Prepare and issue purchase orders in alignment with project and operational needs.
  4. Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
  5. Collaborate with project managers and the operations team to forecast procurement needs.
  6. Track and report on key metrics such as cost savings, supplier performance, and delivery times.
