Resuelve principalmente problemas rutinarios y algunos no rutinarios, más complejos, y comunica al cliente las soluciones o la información solicitada. Analiza las necesidades de servicio de un cliente y remite a otros departamentos técnicos o de servicio para que realicen el seguimiento necesario. Utiliza una aplicación o base de datos de relación con el cliente para registrar actividades y buscar información sobre productos.

Requiere una competencia total adquirida a través de la formación relacionada con el trabajo y una experiencia considerable en el trabajo para realizar una serie de tareas. Trabaja con un grado limitado de supervisión dentro de los procedimientos establecidos, orienta regularmente a los demás.

Requisitos
  • Estar cumpliendo con los indicadores del cargo actual
  • No tener procesos disciplinarios y/o llamados de atención en los últimos 6 meses
  • Manejo de excel intermedio
  • Mínimo un año como Agente Customer Care / Gestor de Billing o Cobranzas
