The opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT SaaS Deployment Support professional to join the team at J-K NETWORK RECRUITMENT SERVICES AND CONSULTANCY, INC. This full-time role will be based in Makati City, Metro Manila and can be undertaken in a hybrid work model.

Position: IT SaaS Deployment Support
Location: Ayala, Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday (Weekends off)
Salary: Php 35,000- Php45,000 (Open Negotiable)
Employment Status: Full time / Regular Schedule
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Wednesdays WFH); the rest RTO

Key responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive technical support for the deployment and configuration of SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to SaaS applications
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Documenting processes and procedures to ensure knowledge management and consistency
  • Analyzing data and providing recommendations to improve system performance and user experience
  • Participating in the development of training materials and providing user support
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest SaaS technologies and industry trends

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year and above of experience in IT support or SaaS deployment roles
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills in SaaS applications and cloud-based technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Familiarity with project management and documentation best practices
  • Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying abreast of industry developments
