Fusion SaaS Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Fusion SaaS Technical Account Manager to join our Oracle team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring smooth service delivery, and troubleshooting issues.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction with Oracle services.
  • Act as the primary delivery contact, facilitating effective communication between customers and Oracle teams.
  • Oversee the delivery of Oracle services, ensuring compliance with contracted terms and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery teams, and customers to identify and implement solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage major incidents, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution to minimize business disruption.
  • Conduct service account planning and periodic account reviews to improve service quality and identify new opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support contract renewals to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level governance models for service management to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master's in Computer Applications, MBA, or equivalent qualifications preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in managed services, ERP finance, or technical account management.
  • Strong expertise in functional support, customer service, and problem management, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong customer focus and driving process improvements.
