As a Treasury Assistant, he/she helps maintain the financial soundness of the organization, communicate banking activity to immediate heads and report all cash transactions. He/she ensures meticulous accuracy in counting any cash needed for opening or closing the business. The job entails maintaining optimum business cash flow by tracking income and expenditures using bookkeeping and accounting methods. He/she might assist other support staff with the discovery and resolution of monetary discrepancies. He/she creates and monitors regular financial reports, and must be able to provide clear and concise summaries of financial information to business owners, supervisors or board members. This position also assists HR in monitoring the efficient release of Last Pay cheques to resigned employees and monitors the signed Quit Claim (QC) and Acknowledgement Receipt (AR) for the Certificate of Employment (COE).
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any 4 years business course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in handling collections is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Must be hardworking and willing to be trained
Can start ASAP
