HR Systems Administrator Lead will be responsible for managing and optimizing the HRIS and serving as the HR Systems Administrator for other major HR technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including data administration, system configuration, data integrity, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HRIS, covering personal information, job details, compensation, benefits, and performance records.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure efficient and consistent system usage.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related queries and support.
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and automation of HR processes.
  • Coordinate with the Tech & Ops group and external vendors for system upgrades, patches, and integrations.
  • Participate in HR projects related to system implementations, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
  • Act as the HR Systems Administrator, working with third-party vendors and the internal Tech & Ops group to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS administration, HR systems management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday or similar systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, or HR technology.
