Supports logistics processes, activities, and customers for all modes of transportation.

Job Requirements

  • People Management and Leadership
  • Overall management of warehouse activities
  • Manage all deliveries (Import / Local – Containerized, Truck, Van)
  • Ensure all documents are correct (DR, SI, PO) and that DRs have the PEZA stamp and signature
  • Manage put-away, labeling, and timely system transactions. Conduct weekly inventory of all items and update location data
  • Lead and manage inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy
  • Manage material picking, FG packing, labeling, and loading for export
  • End-to-end material management for both direct and indirect materials
  • Improve material flow among warehouse locations and the shop floor
  • Justify requests for headcount
  • Review and approve all incoming bills of lading, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure environmental health and safety (EHS) standards are followed
  • Comply with rules and regulations such as EHS, GST, etc.
  • Provide reports and analysis on freight spend and transportation improvement programs
  • Coordinate with PEZA, Customs, PDEA, brokers, consultants, and other agencies as needed
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives

What your background should look like

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 7-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a people management role
  • Relevant experience in warehouse management, inventory, and logistics within the manufacturing/semiconductor industry
  • Experience working with global stakeholders is preferred
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency in data analysis
