Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Fixed-Term)

What the day will look like

  • Coordinate scheduling of interviews (in-person and virtual format) across the region
  • Work with candidates at Offer stage to collate, check and validate all personal details and documentation required for completion of due diligence, contract preparation and work pass application processes
  • Collaborate with HR and third-party partners to ensure hiring process is completed in an efficient and effective manner
  • Provide support in early careers screening and shortlisting activities
  • Maintain a positive and engaging candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Produce the regular internal Careers Newsletters and support with job posting administration
  • Provides support on reporting and performance metrics
  • Support processing of Recruitment Invoices including set-up of supplier Purchase Orders and processing placement fee invoices
  • Make continuous improvement for recruiting administration/onboarding processes

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Prior experience supporting a regional Talent Acquisition team with coordination tasks
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR information systems
  • Meticulous, critical thinking and innovative thinking skills will be essential for the role
  • Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to develop, promote collaborative relationships within a highly-matrixed organisation, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
