We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cashier to join our team at Jabroni's Pizza. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for managing transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process.

A. DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operate the cash register, handling cash, credit/debit card transactions, and issuing receipts.
  • Accurately process and record all transactions, ensuring correct change is given.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints with a positive attitude.
  • Ensure that all menu items, promotions, and specials are communicated effectively to customers.
  • Assist in restocking and organizing front-of-house supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient service experience.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

B. EDUCATION, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY ANDCAREER

  • Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register accurately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
