We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team at Bringo Tech. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Google Ads, PPC strategies, and data analysis to drive effective online advertising campaigns. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to achieve our business and marketing objectives. A creative and strategic thinker, this candidate will execute innovative PPC strategies, optimize budgets, and deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do:

Campaign Management:
  • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across search and display networks.
  • Create and refine PPC strategies, conducting keyword research and developing compelling ad copy and creatives to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize A/B testing to optimize ad performance and conversion rates.
Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, generating detailed reports on campaign metrics.
  • Track and report on KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Budget Management:
  • Allocate and manage budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient spending and ROI.
  • Implement bid management strategies and adjust bids and budgets based on performance data and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Google Ads and PPC strategies with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Conduct detailed target audience analysis and customer segmentation to improve targeting and relevance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and PPC, incorporating these insights into strategies.
Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to outperform competitors in ad positioning and performance.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Communicate campaign progress and performance to stakeholders, preparing and presenting detailed performance reports with strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Google Ads, with proven experience managing substantial ad budgets across various digital advertising platforms.
  • Managed a monthly budget of more than $50k+ per project
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and Excel, with excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Must have strong experience in tracking events, GTM, and attribution. (Google Measurement Protocol and Google Attribution Models)
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, focusing on providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to stay current with digital marketing trends and continuously learn new skills.
