Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to discuss projects and understand client requirements.
  • Ensure all information from client meetings/discussions is relayed internally so that everyone in the team is updated and aligned.
  • Discuss client requirements with the creative team.
  • Research, seek, and negotiate with third-party vendors that can provide products and services related to the project.
  • Make client presentations and cost estimates for projects.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Present creative proposals to clients for discussion and approval.
  • Address issues or delays in the project as well as client feedback.
  • Manage budgets and day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Deliver completed projects on time.
  • Manage budgets for multiple accounts.
  • Meet target profit margins.
  • Participate in post-event evaluations internally and with clients.

Qualifications

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and innovative thought process.
  • Understanding of creative output for both digital and traditional platforms.
  • Graduate of advertising, business, marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Experience in the events industry and exposure to event organizing is an advantage.
  • Good organizational skills and able to plan and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Confident and resourceful personality.

Working Conditions

  • Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM.
  • Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM (please note that we do not require people to come in if there is nothing to do; however, if there are tasks/projects that require employees to work on a Saturday half-day, it is still part of the workweek).
  • Flexible in terms of hours and willing to travel.
  • Residents of Paranaque, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Makati, and Laguna are an advantage.
