Position purpose:As a valuable member of the team, the Creatives Multimedia Specialist I purpose includes the following (but not limited to):
• Conceptualize, create, and deliver meaningful and purposeful contents to help drive employee engagement, contribute to positive employee experience, and increase affiliation to the company brand
• Develop, and deliver projects/deliverables for a variety of key initiatives, with guidance from and in partnership with a variety of stakeholders across the organization
• Demonstrate collaborative relationship with internal subject-matter experts (SMEs) and/or external stakeholders
• Demonstrate, in six months or less, his/her subject-matter expertise in the company's brand guidelines and similar branding, creatives, editorial, marketing, or multimedia guidelines by accomplishing and delivering quality creatives projects and deliverables on timeThe position has assigned tasks in the following (but not limited to):
• Multimedia (photography; videography; animation)
• Branding (corporate, facility, program) Essential functions and responsibilities:Be an agile and dependable team member for creating a variety of branding, creatives, or multimedia content to support the company's employee communications needs. This includes (but not limited to):
• Co-support campaigns through external marketing, communications, and creatives contents focused on positioning the company in terms of growth; reputable corporate and employer brand; good corporate citizen
• Co-create deeper, more meaningful content (graphics, photos, videos, etc.) for various platforms in aid of recruitment marketing and corporate and employer branding and social responsibility initiativesIndividual contributor and stretch roles:
• Initiate or actively participate in knowledge-sharing or skills transfer sessions to help drive team success and help his/her teammates become successful in their role
• Actively participate in initiative/activity that positively contributes to the team's collaborative experience and overall employee experience (ex. teambuilding)Minimum job requirements:
• Schedule: The candidate should be willing to work from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. (PH time).
• Years of experience similar to the advertised role:0-1 years of experience in creative roles with a proven record of delivering quality projects on time, preferably in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setting
• Tools: Adobe Creative; MS Office; SharePointExpectations:o Serve as a go-to person for urgent, important, high-level internal creatives needso Must be digital-savvy and know how to use digital platforms for effective, responsible creative contents and executionso Demonstrated agility, grace under pressure, teamwork in previous undertakingso Excellent written communications and presentation skills in Englisho Excellent interpersonal and networking skillso For senior level applicants, experience assisting in project/task management, helping to keep all resources involved in projects/tasks aligned to deliver high-quality deliverables
