Role description:
  • Manage a team of designers, oversee task delegation, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide team leadership, motivate, engage team members, and help develop their skills and knowledge.
Role accountabilities:
  • Assist the Team Lead with day-to-day operations and task management to achieve business objectives and improve performance.
  • Guide and support the Graphics Team, ensuring resource availability, project completion, and effective prioritization.
  • Coordinate with other Senior Graphic Designers to ensure work alignment.
  • Drive talent acquisition to ensure team growth.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in graphic design.
  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to align graphic work with business needs.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately based on team members' skills and experience.
  • Support internal programs on processes, methodologies, and tools to maintain high-quality work and performance metrics.
  • Work with other Team Leaders to align policies and strategies within the Global Shared Services Center.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • At least 10 years of experience in graphics/multimedia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts/Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications:
    • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign: Advanced
    • Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects: Intermediate to Advanced
    • Adobe Audition, Media Encoder: Fundamentals
  • Experience with other creative apps is a plus.
  • UI/UX knowledge is a plus.
  • Creative flair, versatility, and conceptual ability.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills across print and digital assets.
  • Up-to-date with industry-standard software and technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of performance metrics.
