Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate

- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
- Create detailed, well-structured test cases based on requirements and specifications.
- Perform manual testing to identify defects and ensure software quality.
- Log, track, and manage defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure applications meet performance standards.
- Generate and present test reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in testing.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail to identify even the smallest defects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
