The Payment Channel Manager is responsible for managing, researching, and activating all available payment channels applicable for collecting receivables across all business units.

Functional Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle direct communication and negotiation with all payment channel facilities that align with business operations.
  • Manage the documentation required to make payment channel facilities available for all business units.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations related to payment channels available in the market.
  • Oversee payment associates and maximize their capacity to improve collections for each business unit.
  • Coordinate with the cash operations team to ensure that the payment posting process is considered for all activated payment channels.
  • Ensure that all necessary aspects are coordinated with the appropriate units/departments to guarantee an effective rollout of new payment facilities.
  • Provide a process workflow to guide all units on how to use and maximize new payment channel facilities.

Job Specifications:

  • College graduate with a degree in any 4-year Business course
  • 3-5 years of working experience in collections
  • Preferably with banking experience
  • Capable of managing associates
  • Proficient in MS Office
