D365 Developer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled D365 Developer to join DAPL Information Technology Management Services Philippines Inc. in our Ortigas office. This is a contract position based full onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a D365 Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that drive our business operations and enhance our clients' digital capabilities. This position is integral to our technology team, ensuring that our D365 implementations meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop customisations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Customer Service, and/or Project Operations modules)
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using C#, X++, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks in D365 environments
• Conduct unit testing and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality deliverables
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions implemented
• Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, features, and industry best practices
• Support deployment and configuration of D365 solutions across development, testing, and production environments
• Collaborate with team members on project deliverables and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a D365 Developer or Microsoft Dynamics developer
• Strong proficiency in C# and X++ programming languages
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, data models, and customisation frameworks
• Experience with form customisations, business logic development, and integration solutions in D365
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies for client-side customisations
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based development practices
• Experience with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Microsoft certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Developer) are highly desirable
• Experience with Power Platform integration and automation is a plus
