CRM Developer (Dynamics 365)
Full Onsite - Ortigas

Job Mandate
Develop detailed design and development of necessary code and configuration for the assigned IT application or platform.
Duties and Responsibilities
Map user requirements for effective Dynamics 365 technology solutions.
Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, and reports.
Develop application code according to the agreed functional design, technical design, methodologies, and standards.
Develop configuration/scripts according to the agreed functional design, technical design, methodologies, and standards for package deployment.
Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
Conduct unit testing and System Integration Testing (SIT) for new software/applications.
Develop system and operational documentation and user guides.
Report progress and issues in a timely manner to the Delivery Manager.
Prepare packages, configuration files, deployment scripts, and installation guides for all environments.
Provide production support when necessary.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related/relevant fields.
Graduate of Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or any related course.
Work Experience
At least 3 years of IT development experience , with a minimum of two end-to-end projects delivered.
Expertise in 1–2 core platforms such as CRM, Mobile App Development, and ECM .
D365 Sales or Customer Service experience:
5 years for M2 to SM
2–3 years for AM and below
Hands‑on experience and/or programming knowledge in D365 CRM .
Hands‑on experience and/or programming knowledge in Web Services , including:
SOAP/XML
REST
C#
JavaScript
Hands‑on experience in:
DevOps
PowerApps
PowerAutomate
PowerPages
Hands‑on experience with different Azure components , including:
Service Bus
Function Apps
AppInsights
