Interested in overseeing an e-commerce business with an annual 7-figure revenue? We're looking for an Amazon Specialist who is looking to dip their toes or showcase their expertise in the picture hanging and art hardware scene.
As our Amazon Specialist, you'll be key in customer service, order management, email marketing, Amazon listing management, and social media. In short, you'll be the beating heart of the entire team.
It also means you'll be able to fine-tune your customer service and digital marketing chops and learn valuable skills from e-commerce industry leaders. If you don't have any background or experience in digital marketing - don't worry We'll provide you with the necessary training to ensure you're ready to take on your daily tasks.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
No two days are the same for our Amazon Specialist. Here are some of their responsibilities:
- Ensure that our customers get the best service from our brand
- Work alongside our Multimedia Designers and Content Writers to create effective email marketing campaigns
- Manage social media pages by replying to messages and comments
- Create and monitor Amazon advertising (PPC) campaigns
- Perform SEO site audits when necessary
- Regularly audit and manage Amazon product pages to ensure accurate and optimized listings
- Monitor and reply to Amazon customer reviews
- Answer customer emails and messages on Helpscout and Amazon.
Remember, if you don't have experience in digital marketing or Amazon - that's okay. You just need to have an open mind and be willing (and able) to learn things as you go.
QUALIFICATIONS
Wanna know if you're a good fit for the role? Here's what we're looking for:
- Preferably with a College degree in Business/ Commerce/ Entrepreneurship/ Engineering
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus: PPC, Google Shopping and Analytics.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Business Suite (Excel and Google Sheets)
- Exceptional written and spoken English; can pitch presentations and report to upper management
- Eager to collaborate with other teams, but can also independently work
- Excellent research and organizational skills
- Resourceful and able to effectively balance multiple tasks and manage his or her own time
- Sharp attention to detail and creative abilities
- Data savvy and possesses analytical skills
- Ability to convey ideas and accept constructive criticism well
- Can balance both fun and building rapport with others while getting serious work done.
