What you’ll do:
- Connect with potential property buyers and investors
- Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties
- Present projects, arrange site visits, and assist with inquiries
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Learn about the projects of different property developers
- Coordinate with the team, brokers, and developers throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients

- Motivated and willing to learn
- Comfortable talking and connecting with people
- Goal-oriented and willing to put in consistent effort
- Able to work independently while also being part of a team
- Preferably based in Cebu or nearby areas
