Sales Admin Officer

The Sales Admin will be responsible for LGEPH daily operation support including the registration of dealer cost, validating and processing dealers claim & compilation of sales reporting.
Sales Program and Budget Management
Undertake the electronic and hard copy filing of all commercial documentation
Making accurate, rapid claim calculations
Collate sell out data from various sources
Monitor Dealer sell-in & sell-out data
Monitor Approved memo/offer sheet from Sales & Product Marketing
On-time system (SPMS) Registration
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Management Accounting
At-least 2-3 years experience working as Sales / Finance related field.
Proficient in excel based systems and data analysis, excellence in applying mathematics.
Ability to prioritize, problem solve, plan & budget management
