Job Description

As aPaid Media Buyer,you'll be responsible for strategizing, launching, optimizing, and analyzing YouTube, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads campaigns. You'll collaborate with creatives and analysts to drive measurable growth and generate maximum ROI across digital platforms.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift, Monday to Friday, 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM (Weekends off)

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum of5 years' experience in paid media buying, preferably in an agency setting

  • Proficiency inGoogle Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Ads

  • Proven success in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns

  • Strong grasp of audience targeting, A/B testing, dynamic ad creation, and performance tracking

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive campaign decisions

  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently in a fast-paced environment

Your Daily Tasks

  • Develop targeted paid media strategies focused on YouTube, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads, crafting impactful messaging and creative approaches

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine audience targeting and improve ad placement effectiveness

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including ad group setup, targeting selection, and budget allocation

  • Adjust bids, budgets, and placements using performance data to optimize campaign results

  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad strategies and maximize effectiveness

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to assess and enhance campaign performance

  • Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations

  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager to accurately measure campaign effectiveness

  • Identify opportunities for ongoing optimization to improve performance, efficiency, and reach

  • Stay updated on industry trends, YouTube techniques, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge campaign execution

  • Collaborate with creative teams to align visuals and messaging with campaign goals and audience preferences

  • Analyze spend patterns and adjust budgets in real-time based on performance and strategic priorities

  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial goals

  • Monitor budget pacing and reallocate funds across channels for optimal results

  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and analysts to deliver cohesive and high-impact campaigns

  • Communicate performance insights and strategic opportunities to stakeholders, recommending data-driven adjustments

  • Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies, legal requirements, and industry standards

  • Apply best practices in targeting, ad placement, and creative to maintain high performance and compliance
