Job Description- Strategic HR Partnership
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals.
- Provide expert advice on HR processes, policies, and labor law compliance.
- Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession strategies.
- Operational HR Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of 9 HR professionals in services and administration.
- Deep dive into day-to-day operations to ensure HR support is aligned with business needs.
- Implement and monitor HR metrics and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
- Employee & Labor Relations
- Lead collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiations and labor relations strategy.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and industrial peace across unionized environments.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Change Management & Organizational Development
- Navigate ambiguity and lead change initiatives across the organization.
- Support organizational design, restructuring, and capability building.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and line managers.
- Build strong relationships with legal, compliance, and external labor bodies.
- Represent the company in industry forums and government engagements.
A successful HR Director should have:
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.
- Leadership skills to guide and inspire the Human Resources team.
