Position Title: Special Accounts Associate

Job Summary

  • Responsible for the management and resolution of assigned delinquent MetroHome, MetroCar and CTS loan accounts. Closely coordinate with the booking branch and/or servicing CLBCs for the assigned delinquent loan accounts

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assists the Special Accounts Officer (SAO) in the gathering and preparation of documents (i.e. payment ledgers, statement of accounts, etc.) necessary when endorsing an account to SAMD or RLD.
  • Provide computation of amount due to the front-end collection unit, as requested.
  • Prepare Special Instruction Sheet (SIS) upon confirmation of payment.
  • Forward messages from the front-end collection unit to the client.
  • Source other contact details from client's files and provide to the collection unit.
  • Requests for updating of BVR, EVR and/or PDRN of defaulting loan accounts, as deemed necessary.
  • Prepares Statement of Accounts (SOAs) for defaulting consumer loan accounts, as well as accounts endorsed to RLD for foreclosure.
  • Generates Payment Ledgers for defaulting consumer loan accounts.
  • Requests CRG for updating of BVR, EVR and/or PDRN if the client cannot be contacted or is avoiding/ignoring collection calls.
  • Prepares individual collection monitoring report or other similar reports, as may be required.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder of any course
  • Familiarity with the preparation of Statement of Accounts (SOA) for full payment and updating of unpaid amortizations auto loan collections processes is an advantage
  • Amenable to work onsite
