Job Description

Key duties involve all aspects of ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence:

  • Delivering outstanding customer support by understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Responding to inquiries with comprehensive and precise information to assist users.
  • Conducting in-person and online product demonstrations, as well as hosting webinars.
  • Maintaining and updating help documentation and other internal resources.
  • Executing various administrative tasks as directed by management.
