What You'll Do

As a Senior Python Developer, you'll architect and maintain backend systems that drive our real-time, privacy-first analytics platform.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Integrate frontend components with backend logic
  • Build clean, reusable, and scalable code
  • Optimize applications for speed and performance
  • Implement security and data protection best practices
  • Design and manage scalable data storage systems

What We're Looking For

We're searching for a backend developer who brings both technical expertise and the right mindset to thrive in our collaborative, remote-first environment.

Must-have technical skills:

  • 7+ years of experience with Python in production environments
  • 5+ years working with Django REST Framework to build scalable APIs
  • Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization
  • Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Architecture and system design
  • Solid experience using Docker for development and deployments
  • Proficient in Git and collaborative version control workflows
  • Comfortable working in Linux server environments, including scripting and basic system tasks
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) is a big plus
