Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing courteous and friendly service to all guests particularly at the Hotel Main Lobby, VIP Lobby, Reception Area.
  • Anticipates traffic in all entrances and obtains specific instructions from superior regarding scheduled arrivals and departures as well as functions and events.
  • Gives pertinent information to arriving guests.
  • Provides guest information such as directions, functions/events, scheduled attractions, etc.
  • Greets guests when entering or leaving the property.
  • Gives instructions and directions to taxi drivers as requested by guests.
  • Coordinates with Concierge should there be a need to assist guests with their luggage or transportation requirements.
  • Observes strict Lobby decorum.
Requirements
  • Preferably with modelling/ushering experience.
  • At least College level.
  • Knowledgeable in Hotel facilities and services.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Pleasing and charming personality.
  • Good command of the English language; knowledge in another foreign language is an advantage.
  • Must be at least 5'8" in height, excellent body proportion and good posture.
