SALES CONSULTANT JD

Major Duties And Responsibilities
  • Meets with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge
  • Demonstrates advanced product knowledge
  • Adheres to any company policies and procedures
  • Follows up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the product
  • Understands how to make products appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends
  • Uses the Internet to promote products to a target market
  • Teaches other sales consultants how to effectively sell to potential consumers
  • Discovers target markets and advantages of different companies
  • Always looks for new ways to make products attractive to customers
  • Recommends frames or contact lenses that suit the customer's style, face, and specifications
  • Adjusts and fits frames according to prescriptions and customer specifications
  • Prepares work orders for optical technicians to manufacture lenses
  • Keeps inventory on frames and contact lenses to ensure product variety and customer satisfaction
  • Educates customers on how to wear and maintain glasses and contact lenses
  • Performs administrative duties, such as managing prescriptions, customer records, and insurance
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 2+ years (min) of direct sales experience
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships
  • Excellent training and presentation skills
  • Strong visual merchandising background
  • Highly motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate challenges while proposing solutions
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must be willing to be assigned to any of the following areas: Ortigas, Makati, Taguig, and Pasay
