Job Description for 3D Visualizer: Candidate must be a talented and creative 3D Visualizer with an architectural background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and renderings, post-processing images, developing 3D animations, CAD drafting, and coordinating projects to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3D Modeling and Rendering: Create detailed 3D models and renderings of architectural designs using industry-standard software.
  • Post-Processing: Enhance and refine renderings and images through post-processing techniques to achieve the desired visual quality.
  • 3D Animation: Develop and produce 3D animations to effectively communicate design concepts and project visions.
  • CAD Drafting: Utilize CAD software to draft and modify architectural plans and drawings.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the design and visualization process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion).
  • Experience with post-processing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
  • Skills in 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, After Effects, Lumion).
  • Strong CAD drafting skills (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of project management software.
  • Familiarity with architectural visualization trends and techniques.
