Overview:
The Sales & Leasing Head is responsible for leading and executing the sales and leasing strategy for commercial and residential real estate properties. This role requires a strong understanding of capital markets, real estate investment, and client relationship management to drive revenue growth and maximize asset value.

Main Tasks

  1. Helping in generating leads and recommending suitable land cuts for the clients.
  2. Interacting with potential buyers or lessees to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  3. Conducting property tours to showcase available units, highlighting features, amenities, and benefits.
  4. Facilitating the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring all necessary paperwork and legal requirements are met.
  5. Processing the documentation for lease transactions (such as Letter of Intent, Lease Offer, and Lease Agreement).
  6. Going to fields to look for potential buyers or lessees.
  7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing real estate transactions.
  8. Coordinating with brokers who have potential clients.

Other Tasks

  1. Assisting in competitor study.
  2. Coordinating with the Marketing team in organizing the installation of marketing collaterals on site.
  3. Coordinating with the Marketing team in organizing events or activations.

Qualification

  1. At least 5 years of related working experience in the field of Real Estate, Sales, and Leasing.
  2. Preferably a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
  3. Knowledge of the Siargao, El Nido, Coron market.
  4. Must have excellent communication skills and great attention to detail.
