We're Hiring: HR Specialist & Recruiter/Sourcer

Full-Time | 100% Remote | up to $7/hr

Role 1: Human Resources Specialist

Who You Are:
A skilled and empathetic HR professional with a passion for supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce. You're organized, approachable, and a trusted partner in both strategy and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding (non-negotiable)

  • Support employees throughout their lifecycle, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience

  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues with professionalism and discretion

  • Ensure HR administration and documentation are always accurate and up to date

  • Drive performance management processes and improvements

  • Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with employment laws

  • Promote a positive and engaging work culture

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, especially within U.S.-based organizations

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor regulations

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Role 2: Recruiter / Sourcer (Staffing Agency Setting)

Who You Are:
Resourceful, tech-savvy, and results-driven. You have a knack for finding and connecting with exceptional talent and are ready to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and cold calling

  • Implement creative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline

  • Pre-screen candidates and assess fit for specific roles

  • Coordinate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to align on job requirements

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS

  • Assist with interview scheduling and recruitment logistics

  • Deliver a positive, efficient candidate experience

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting (agency experience a plus)

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and job board platforms

  • Outstanding communication and time-management skills

  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn about different industries and roles
